Leadership curriculum under the 212 programs contain 7-Levels and anyone can progress through the the levels one by one. They say that leaders are born, not made. While it is true that some people are born leaders, some leaders are born in the midst of adversity. Often, simple people who have never had a leadership role will stand up and take the lead when a situation they care about requires it. A simple example is parenting. When a child arrives, many parents discover leadership abilities they never knew existed in order to guide and protect their offspring.The 7-Levels of Leadership program are as follows.
Speech to States-person
"L" - Level 1 Curriculum of the Leadership Program. In this level basic leadership education is provided with training on speaking in front of the audience.
"E" - Level 2 Curriculum of the Leadership Program. Level 2 covers aspects of effective public speaking, speech writing and presenting table topics.
"A" - Level 3 Curriculum of the Leadership Program. In Level 3, students are trained to do debates. Exposure to global affairs, health and hygiene, world economics and more will be provided.
"D" - Level 4 Curriculum of the Leadership Program. In Level 4, students will learn to tackle a real life problem and come up with a solution through leadership skills.
"E" - Level 5 Curriculum of the Leadership Program. In Level 5, students will learn to take on one leadership project that they want to implement and start working through the way till Level 7 and complete and show the implementation. - Level 5 is complete plan.
"R" - Level 6 - Assembling Team and allocating roles and goals.
"S" - Level 7 - Actual field implementation and presentation.
Money Matters!: Financial Literacy Is Changing Communities for the Better
Financial literacy is the ability to understand and properly apply financial management skills. Effective financial planning, properly managing debt, accurately calculating interest, and understanding the time value of money are characteristics of being financially literate. Financial literacy is the possession of skills that allows people to make smart decisions with their money.
To help you decide whether you should include yourself among the financially literate, think through the following questions and give yourself some honest answers.
Do you know how to create a monthly budget that includes all of your basic expenses, your bills, any debts, and your sinking funds for future purchases?
Are you currently debt-free? Or are you taking active steps to reduce your debts?
Do you know about how much money you spend to cover living expenses over a period of three to six months?
Do you have an emergency fund in place that would allow you to get through a sudden large life event like a layoff or a totaled vehicle without having to borrow money?
Do you have an understanding of how compound interest allows invested money to grow over time?
Do you know the various kinds of insurance that are needed to protect your finances and investments?
Do you understand the difference between an investment and insurance?

"F" - Level 1 - Financial Literacy 101.
"I" - Level 2 - Understanding two major "I"s of Finance. - Investment and Insurance.
"N" - Level 3 - Nurturing and Protecting yourself and your loved ones with proper Financial planning. At this level one should start seeing compensation flowing in
"A" - Level 4 - Adding Team - Developing a model by which a team can be built to empower them to apply these skills in their lives. At this level, one will see trickling income flowing in through team members.
"N" - Level 5 - Nominating team Leaders - Educating and empowering team leaders to form their own teams and create a true business revenue model by helping them to form a Financial marketing team with Insurance, Investments and Real Estate components. Substantial supplemental income potential is possible at this level.
"C" - Level 6 - Caring for the teams and consolidating the learning process to earning potential for all team members. Income through stream can be considered as main stream.
"E" - Level 7 - Empowering everyone to excellence and change the lives of those around. Multiple streams of income is possible at this level.
Starting a business can be mind boggling work but finally it is worth it. There are several steps involved in starting a business and this program teaches in 7 major levels the process of understanding ways and means of owning and operating a successful business for yourself.

"S" - Level 1 - Start with end goal in mind.
This level covers all you needs to do to get up and running the business. Business 101.
"U" - Level 2 - Understanding the process and steps to take care of while running a new business and getting to implementation.
"C" - Level 3 - Cash flow and finance. Understanding cash flow is a fundamental steps to make a business to be successful.
"C" - Level 4 - Cusomer Service and customer building. In this level you will get to undersatand the CRM - Customer Relationship Management.
"E" - Level 5 - Employee acquisition and empowering them. Team building with right members is a key to successful business.
"S" - Level 6 - Selling your dream to employees and customers.
"S" - Level 7 - Self running operation - Setting in auto-pilot mode.
